Formerly named Cumberland Hotel, Harrow One is a collection of shared ownership homes features Studio, 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments designed for modern, sustainable city living.
The aircycle 1.3 & 3.1 were selected to achieve the high standards set out on this project.
Working closely with the M&E Contractor, Architects & Consultants Brookvent designed, supplied and installed 204 mechanical ventilation systems with heat recovery across 3 blocks and the project was completed 2021.
