airvent SM 1200+
The SM 1200+ has all the great features of the SM 1200, but also a rod control operation to make it even easier to use. This rod control operation can be made to different lengths to comply with building regulations, and you can choose which end of the vent to have it.
The SM 1200+ is one of Brookvent’s signature slimline, window mounted vents, letting fresh air in and keeping insects and excess noise out. It is available in a wide range of colours, finishes and sizes so it can make a big impact on your air quality but next to no impact on your space.
The airvent SM 1200+ is a compact unobtrusive vent complete with a thermal foam seal and rod control operation that complies with Part F & Part N (Building Regulations:England & Wales) ensuring control access and ease of operation for the end user. Core features include:
